We are excited to share that two new Board members have joined to support the next phase of growth and help the business deliver on its mission to forge a positive wellbeing workplace for EVERY employee.
Tonia O’Connor – Tonia is a passionate business leader with deep knowledge of the well-being market and strong believe in the positive potential of well-being solutions. Tonia was CEO of Deepak Chopra’s global wellbeing business, and is currently CEO of Tone it up, a US woman’s health and fitness business.
Norman Pickavance – Norman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a people leader and well-being advocate. He has been CPO for Grant Thorntons UK business and co-founded the Work and Wellbeing Alliance. Norman’s work has been recognised through a Prime Minister Award for Service to the Community (Big Society Award) and a Social Mobility Award for helping people from deprived backgrounds into professional services.
Tonia and Norman join Kevin Fuller and Vanesa Pazos to help guide and shape the Betterspace growth journey.
