SCIENCE BACKED, EVIDENCE BASED SUPPORT FOR WELLBEING
We believe that taking care of your health isn’t only the job of medicine; people should be empowered to take control of their own health, and we believe they’re ready to do so.
In order to support better health we focus on lifestyle habits and healthy behaviours — the kind of daily choices that help both the body and brain thrive.
OUR APPROACH
To help people navigate the countless ways to stay healthy, prevent illness, and live well we use a simple, evidence based approach that encourages exploration and offers variety.
Our approach focuses on key areas that deeply influence wellbeing: managing stress, working productively, and building strong social connections. These align with how the World Health Organisation defines mental health: as the ability to cope with stress, work effectively, and connect with others.
We also support wellbeing through sleep, exercise, financial health, and nutrition.
Sleep is essential for mental health, while movement and balanced nutrition are increasingly recognised as vital for long-term wellbeing. Financial wellbeing is another key area; improving financial literacy and confidence can offer control and significantly reduce stress.

OUR WELLBEING PILLARS
Specific, proven strategies for addressing stress are covered under the umbrella term “Stress Management”.
These include CBT based therapies, alternative therapies including mindfulness and massage and education on the impact of, and ways to avoid, stress; particularly in the workplace.
Sleep disruption is associated with mental illness as well as elevated bodily stress response, acute and chronic physical symptoms, cognitive and performance deficits, reduced quality of life and physical illnesses.
These include CBT-based therapies, alternative approaches such as mindfulness or massage and education on the impact of stress, particularly in the workplace, as well as strategies to help avoid it.
There is evidence for a connection between loneliness or perceived lack of social support and mental illness as well as a connection with poorer outcomes in people who have depression. Personal perception of the quality of relationships and community engagement is also protective against mental ill-health.
We provide avenues for social support, increased sense of belonging and greater satisfaction with relationships.
Poor diet and nutrition carries a proven link to poorer physical and mental health and is often intrinsically linked to other pillars; perhaps preventing progressive exercise or leading to increased feelings of stress. For this reason, Nutrition has been given it’s own specific area of focus.
We allow individuals to improve their nutrition with educational content, meal prep and planning products and psychiatric consultations.
In head-to-head trials of exercise vs antidepressants, exercise has been proven as effective as well as greatly increasing the effectiveness of medication. Lower levels of fitness are also associated with an increase in the risk of new mental illness.
These associations prove there is considerable evidence that exercise both prevents and effectively treats mental illness with moderate to large effects.
We promote both educational content, training support as well as resistance and aerobic training equipment to support good health.
It has been proven that through treatment you can teach individuals to notice that engaging in enjoyable or productive activities leads to a sense of wellbeing and improved mood - and that by further encouraging the behaviour you can treat the effects of mental ill health.
We provide a number of avenues to engage in meaningful activity, including volunteering opportunities, creative interventions and purposeful activity.
Stronger financial wellbeing is connected with less stress and improved mental health; specifically reductions in anxiety and depression. Conversely financial stress has been proven to trigger or worsen physical health problems including blood pressure, immune response and sleep disturbances.
We support better financial wellbeing through educational support including training as well as access to budgeting and financial planning tools.
